From North of Boston

Take Interstate 93 South to Exit 30 (Mystic Ave/Rt-28/Rt-38).
Exit towards Somerville.
Turn left on Mystic Avenue.
Bear right on Rt-28 South.
Continue towards Somerville Avenue.
At Somerville Avenue, continue straight through lights onto Medford Street.
Take 2nd right off Medford Street on to South Street (service station on far right corner).
Turn right into the back of a parking lot (the first entrance on the right) roughly 40 feet after turning onto South Street.
This is the MagiQ Technologies parking lot. We’re in the rear building -- #11 – which backs up to South Street.

From South of Boston

Take Interstate 93 North to Exit 26 (Cambridge/Storrow Drive).
At the fork in the exit, take the left fork to Leverett Circle/North Station.
Follow the signs to the Fleet Center.
Halfway past a large building on the right, turn left at the traffic light onto Nashua St. Follow Nashua St. and the Spaulding Rehab Center signs.
Pass the Rehab Center on the right.
Follow the signs to the Museum of Science and Route 28 North/Monsignor O’Brien Highway.
Turn right onto Route 28 North.
Pass the Museum of Science on the left.
Go through 2 sets of lights.
At the 3rd set of lights, go straight (the left fork) onto Cambridge St. (Monsignor O’Brien Highway bears to the right.)
Follow Cambridge St. for about 6-7 blocks, past Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Streets.
Turn right onto Warren St.
At the end of Warren St., turn left. Then take the second left onto Ward St.
The MagiQ Technologies parking lot is about half way down on the right.
We’re in the rear building -- #11 -- at the back.

From Logan Airport

Exit Logan Airport toward the Sumner Tunnel/Boston.
Continue through the tunnel.

Take the Mass Pike (Interstate 90) East all the way into Boston to the Interstate 93 North exit.
Exit onto Interstate 93 North going toward Somerville and NH destinations.
