Fiber Optic Sensors (MFOS - 415OL)
MagiQ has unique capabilities for manufacturing optical-vector matched interferometers for use in the world’s most demanding sensor applications. This process enables extreme linearity, high dynamic range, broadband frequency response, and high sensitivity from the sensor. These sensors are EMI free/immune and completely passive making them compatible with high temperature or harsh environments. Optical-vector matching allows multiple sensors to be combined for phased array applications.
MagiQ’s transformational optical sensor technology has applications in: SONAR; acoustic emission detection; seismology; environmental sensing (temperature & pressure); oil-field monitoring & down-hole measurement; security sensing; strain measurement; and structural, traffic, & railway monitoring.
Fiber Optics Interferometers (PMUFI – 505)
MagiQ uses a proprietary technique to match fiber optic interferometer path differences to less than 10 nm. Active tracking guarantees high interferometer performance over a broad temperature range and under harsh environmental conditions. Optical-vector matching allows interferometer separation exceeding 100 km.
MagiQ’s transformational optical sensor technology has applications in: environmental sensing, metrology, precise clock distribution over fiber optic cables and quantum information.
QPN Security Gateway (QPN - 8505)
The QPN 8505 is a next-generation quantum cryptography system that relies on the laws of physics rather than computational difficulty for safeguarding keys. It is easily integrated into existing network infrastructures and incorporates real-time key generation based on quantum key distribution protocols. MagiQ's QPN delivers always-on industry standard IPSec based VPN protection while providing an additional layer of security via quantum cryptography. The system offers cost-effective protection from both internal threats, such as disgruntled employees, and from external threats. MagiQ’s QPN 8505 is targeted at government applications including military, intelligence gathering and homeland defense. Commercial applications include financial services, Telco carriers and disaster recovery.
Direct Digital Synthesizer (MagiQWave 3400)
MagiQ Technologies has developed a hybrid Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS) module to provide better, more cost effective waveform generation than is available in existing products. The hybrid DDS provides faster tuning speed and greater accuracy. In addition, the control amplitude is exceptionally accurate and extremely fast as compared to an Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG). Moreover, the DDS module can quickly change frequency and phase profiles simultaneously thus overcoming a limitation of AWGs.

Quantum Key Distribution System (Q-Box)
Q-Box Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) System is a point-to-point, single photon-based system, developed for scientists in academic, governmental and commercial organizations to conduct research related to or utilizing QKD. Specifically designed to be turned up in record time, Q-Box Workbench ships with a base configuration of the BB-84 protocol distributing symmetric keys between Alice and Bob.
Q-Box hardware consists of two 7x19x24-inch rack-mount chassis (Alice and Bob) connected by both fiber and Ethernet cable. Each chassis supports:
• Single photon transmitter
• Fiber-optics Interferometer
• TEC cooled Avalanche photodiodes in Geiger mode
• Optical phase modulator
• Controlling electronics with true RNGs
• On-board PC
